INFORMATION RELATING TO THE OPERATION

Operation organized by the CC&Raspail company on the charlottechesnais.com website and on Instagram from November 21 to December 12, 2024 inclusive.

By taking part, you could be entered into a draw to win a piece of jewelry from the AlphaJoaillerie range.

Participation is free and reserved for adults with a valid e-mail address and/or Instagram account, with a limit of one (1) entry per person for the duration of the operation.

Any participation made with erroneous, inaccurate or incomplete information, or which does not comply with the conditions defined herein, will be considered invalid and will not be considered.

You can participate in 2 ways:

either, on the charlottechesnais.com website: by filling in the entry form and clicking on the “I'll take my chance” button. You'll receive an e-mail at the address you provided, acknowledging receipt of your entry;

or, on Instagram: by posting a story including a screenshot of a piece of jewelry you have designed using the “AlphaBuilder” application available here and tagging @charlottechesnais; your entry will be considered if and when the story is republished by @charlottechesnais on Instagram.

Among all the entries considered, a draw will be made by computer, without human intervention, on November 28th, December 5th and 12th, 2024 at 6pm.

A random winner will be selected on each of these dates.

The winner will be contacted by e-mail or on Instagram by CC&Raspail. Their first name will be featured in a story on the @charlottechesnais instagram account.

No later than six (6) weeks after the draw, he/she will receive a prize worth a total of 990 euros including all taxes (retail price), consisting of one (1) chain worth 220 euros] and one (1) gold and diamond letter of his/her choice worth 770 euros from the AlphaJoaillerie range.

If a winner fails to reply to CC&Raspail with the information requested, in particular the letter of the alphabet of his/her choice and the address to which he/she wishes to receive the prize, the prize will be deemed to have been forfeited and will be taken back by CC&Raspail.

The prize may not be exchanged for another piece of Charlotte Chesnais jewelry or for its cash value for any reason whatsoever.

INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA

CC&Raspail collects and processes your personal data (i.e. your first name, last name, postal address, e-mail address and, if you participate via instagram, your instagram account) solely for the purpose of registering your participation in the Alphabuilder operation, determining the winners and, if you are selected at random, contacting you to organize the delivery of your prize as well as to announce your designation as a winner on the @charlottechesnais instagram account.
